What is a pack?

At Wine for Yoga Lovers, we are all about convenience. We want you to be able to enjoy as much flexibility with your order as you do in your yoga class! Therefore, we offer all our wines in packs of 3. This allows you to mix and match between our wines in a minimum order size of 3.

The pre-set ‘buy a pack’ function allows you to place either 3, 6 or 12 bottles of that wine into your cart immediately.

The ‘build a custom pack’ function allows you to mix and match your pack with other wines.

The cart will only let you checkout when your order reaches a multiple of 3.

The wine I want is out of stock. What now?

Well, you’ve certainly chosen a winner. We endeavour to maintain available stock levels but you human beings aren’t always that predictable. From time to time we may be out of stock of the product that you want to order. This may be due to product popularity, timing between vintages or all the above. If you are stuck on what to order as a replacement, email us at helpme@wineforyogalovers.com.au and we will assist you with a suitable recommendation. 

I want to return my wine. How do I do this?

That’s a shame. We would appreciate your feedback on why you would like to return your wine. Please contact us at helpme@wineforyogalovers.com.au to arrange the return.

Returns are not included in our free shipping policy.

I want to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Please email all cancellations to orders@wineforyogalovers.com.au. We can cancel any orders before the wine is dispatched from our warehouse. If we receive your cancellation after your order has been dispatched, it will need to be treated as a return.

I changed my mind on what I want to order. How do I fix this?

Decisions, decisions! If your order has not been dispatched yet we can make the change, if it has already left the warehouse please understand that we cannot change your order. If you desperately want to change it still, please email us at orders@wineforyogalovers.com.au and we will see what we can arrange for you.

When will my refund be processed?

All refunds are managed through Stripe, our payment gateway. Once the refund has been issued, we cannot cancel it and you can expect to see a credit to your card 5-10 business days later, depending on your bank. We can only credit directly to the card that you paid for your order with.

Do you match prices if I see a wine on sale somewhere else?

We strive very hard to ensure our pricing model is transparent. Unfortunately, we do not control what other online and offline companies do with their pricing and we cannot price match. If you find our products at a better price than our website, lucky you and we recommend buying up whilst the stock lasts!

Do your prices include GST?

All online prices listed on our website include GST.

Are your prices in Australian Dollars?

All online prices listed on our website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

I do not live in Australia. Why can’t I buy wine?

Unfortunately, we can currently only ship wine within Australia. This is because wine is an alcoholic beverage and each country has unique liquor licensing laws which may prohibit or restrict the sale and delivery of alcohol online. We are in the process of becoming global, so stay tuned as we activate each suitable market – yours just might be in the mix!

You don’t have to live in Australia to place an order. If you want to ship wine to friends or family in Australia, you can do this and lucky them! Your shipping address can be different to your billing address.

Deliveries

My wine was damaged when it arrived.

Oh no! We are sorry to hear this. We do everything we can to make sure your wine gets to you in one piece but please understand due to the fragile nature of a wine bottle, this isn’t always the case.

Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported and any requests for returns or exchanges made within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to get replacement wine to you as quickly as possible.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you need to change your address after your order has been placed, please email orders@wineforyogalovers.com.au for assistance.

How do I track my order?

Once your wine is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to our tracking page. Your order will also be assigned a tracking number which you can track directly through the CouriersPlease website.

How much does delivery cost?

Doesn’t paying for shipping just annoy you? Well, it certainly annoys us and that’s why shipping on all orders is free. Yes, you heard us – free! It is unlikely for most of you W4YL’s, but please understand that there may be some exceptions to this if you live in an extremely remote place [like Harold does]. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is shipped.

How long will my wine delivery take?

Length of delivery totally depends on where you live. We endeavour to get your wine to you within seven days, most likely sooner. Once your package is dispatched, you can track your order through the unique link you will receive in your dispatch notification.

How can I provide feedback on a wine?

We believe in the power of community ratings. This is why all of our wines are available to be reviewed on Vivino. You’ll soon have the convenience of rating our wines directly on our website through a funky little Vivino Widget. Stay tuned!

The wine I received is different to the wine that I bought. Why?

Oh dear. We’re sorry. We do everything we can to make sure the wine you order is signed, sealed & delivered exactly how you expect it to be. However, with human error this isn’t always the case. Please contact us at helpme@wineforyogalovers.com.au to arrange for the correct wine to be sent.

The wine I received has a different vintage to the wine listed on the website.

You must have caught us in the middle of a vintage roll! That is outstanding timing as this generally only happens once a year to each product. You should go and buy a lottery ticket because this is rather a rare occurrence and it might just be your lucky day! Wine is a seasonal product affected by changes in the vintage, the vintage being the year the grapes are grown in. We strive to make our products consistent in style throughout vintage changes. If you’ve received a future vintage, it means we are out of stock of the last vintage and have rolled into the new one. Enjoy! 

Are your wines vegan friendly?

There are certain fining agents used in the winemaking process that are derived from plant and animal products. Although traces of fining agents are usually filtered out of the wine before bottling, this cannot be guaranteed. If these fining agents have been used during the winemaking process, the wine will not be vegan friendly. Please contact us at helpme@wineforyogalovers.com.au if you would like more information on the fining agents we use in our wines.

How do I create a new account?

You can create your account when checking out on your first order. Alternatively click on the little guy in the top right hand corner of the website and follow the prompts to create your account.

How do I update my account details?

Simply log in to your account and edit your details.

How do I unsubscribe from communication with you?

Open an email from us and click ‘unsubscribe’ in the bottom footer of the email. Alternatively, you can manage your communication settings in your account.

Will my information be sold to third parties?

Your information will not be sold or passed on to any unassociated third parties. Your privacy is important to us.

What is your ABN?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

To ensure maximum credit card security, we use the payment gateway, Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

How do I know that it is safe to shop with you?

To ensure maximum credit card security, we use the payment gateway, Stripe. We do not store any of your credit card details on our site. If you have requested us to store your credit card details for convenient future purchases, Stripe stores them on behalf of us. At Stripe, all credit card details are encrypted and Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, allowing for maximum credit card security. When you are checking out, you will see a green padlock in the URL, this indicates a secure connection.

My credit card details are not being accepted. What is wrong?

There a many reasons why your credit card may decline. Please double check all your details and that your billing address matches your credit card account. If you are still having trouble please contact us.
